Hear My Voice

Hi. My name is Terri, and I am a survivor of

emotional, mental, physical, and sexual abuse

as a child.

 I wrote these poems as a way to express myself

when there seemed to be no one that I could tell.

I often felt isolated and alone.

The shame, the secrets, the fear.

My hope is that by sharing

My experience

My strength

and My hope,

that someone will not feel so alone.
